Program Development
Develop a program to meet your organization’s purpose with measurable outcomes
The program should fall in line with your Mission Statement and Strategic Plan
Management Systems
Review bylaws and tweak when necessary
Define Your Ideal Donor
Who is most likely to give to your organization? Individuals, grants, businesses, etc.
Website and Social Media
You need a professional looking website and social media in order to attract the donors identified in step six
Fundraising/Marketing Systems
How will you communicate with your donors? Accept donations? IRS updates?
